1 Francis McClendon appeals from an order denying his WIS. STAT.§ 974.06 (2003-04) post-conviction motion. His motion was based upon two assertions: that the prosecutors sentencing remarks violated the parties plea agreement and that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the prosecutors remarks. Because McClendons motion is barred by the rubrics of State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994), we affirm.
